Orders
All orders are taken through the shopping cart with payment in the
form of a credit card, bankdraft (India only). The shopping cart
has secure online credit card transactions with the Secure Socket
Layers (SSL) 128-bit encryption standard. Orders can be made 24
hours a day 7 days a week by shopping cart. When ordering please
give the item numbers, quantity, name, credit card #, card
expiration, billing and shipping address, phone number and e-mail,
plus any additional information you want. Business hours are
9:30AM-6:00 PM IST* Monday to Friday and 9.30 A.M to 2.00 P.M IST*
on Saturday except during major Indian holidays.

Pricing in US $
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and the indicative US $
prices are shown. The exact US $ charge will depend upon the
exchange rate applicable on the day of sale

Shipping
Policy
All goods will be shipped based on availability, usually within 5
business days. We keep shipping & handling charges to a
minimum, and to keep the method we use to calculate these charges
simple and clearly communicated to our customers. No additional
charges will be added to your order (with the exception of any
required state or other sales tax - if applicable). Indian tax
Payable is not absorbed within the price. For domestic
destinations, we use Blue Dart (3 days), for our customers who
wish to pay by cash, we have included 'Cash on Delivery'
option.Customers will be charged Rs 31 for 500 gms. We strive to
provide our customers fastest possible delivery. For international
destinations (outside INDIA), you can select the lower cost
carrier FEDEX (2-3 days) service and Air Cargo (DTDC-7-10 days)
level available to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
Customers can track their shipment with FEDEX but not with Air
Cargo (DTDC). For Detail charges of the above shipment refer to

Goods
Return Policy
We do not accept
returns on tea because it is a perishable item.
Damaged Goods
Do not accept the package from the delivery person if the product
is damaged.This must be reported to us within 3 days of refusal of
the shipment. The mail should carry all details of your order
number.and any other details that are provided to you. You shall
receive a fresh order within the minimum listed time as per your
instructions to us.
